HELIOS Clinic Berlin-Buch, established in 2007, is one of the newest hospitals within the HELIOS network of medical centers, offering top-level care combined with maximum comfort. This large, state-of-the-art hospital features more than 1,000 beds, 20 operating theatres, 25 specialized departments, and six research institutes. It is particularly known for its interdisciplinary care across several specialized centers, including the Breast Center, Bowel Center, Perinatal Center, Stroke Unit, and Chest Pain Unit.
The German Cancer Society has recognized HELIOS Clinic Berlin-Buch as a certified oncology treatment center due to its advanced treatment capabilities for prostate, bone, and other cancers. Comprehensive diagnostics and treatments are also offered at the hospital’s Specialized Center for Diabetes Care, which is accredited by the German Diabetes Association.
The hospital includes a helicopter landing pad, enabling severely injured patients from across the region to receive immediate care at its emergency department. Its Level 1 Perinatal Center provides comprehensive care for premature infants. In addition to inpatient care, the hospital also offers a wide range of outpatient services across its large medical campus.
